- Mr Dursley was the director(이사) of a firm(회사) called Grunnuings, which made drills.
- He was a big, beefy(살이 찐) man with hardly any neck, although he did have a very large moustache(콧수염).
- Mrs Dursley was thin and blonde(금발) and had nearly twice the usual(보통의) amount of neck, which came in very useful as she spent so much of her time craning over(기어다니다) garden fences, spying on the neighbours.
